Frequently Asked Questions

About picking up or ordering pies

When do I get my apple pie?

Pie pick-up day is Saturday, November 23rd from 10 AM to 1PM at Ozaukee Christian School or during school day from 8:30 AM to 4 PM. Click here for a map and directions.

What happens if I'm not able to make it to Pie Pick-Up Day?

Please contact our office at (262) 284-6980. Perhaps a friend or relative can pick up your pie as our freezer room is limited!

Is there a deadline to order?

Online pie sales end Friday, November 22nd (or when we sell out). Payment is required at the time you place your order.

What if I miss the pre-sale deadline?

Every year we make a couple hundred extra pies in case we have unexpected demand. If we still have extra pies at the end of the pre-sales, we'll throw open the freezer truck doors and have a Truck Load Sale! It is important to note that we cannot guarantee that there will be any extra pies if you wait to order through the Truck Load Sale. The Truck Load Sale will be during Pie Pick Up on Saturday, November 23rd, from 10 AM to 1 PM.

About our pies

How long will my unbaked pie keep in the freezer?

They are double-bagged to prevent freezer burn and will keep up to one full year.

How do I bake my pie?

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake a frozen pie for about 1½ hours. Bake a thawed pie about 1 hour. We recommend covering a baking sheet with aluminum foil and placing it under your pie as it bakes. The delicious apples may bubble over during baking.

Where can I find nutritional information?

Pies contain apples, flour, margarine, soy, cinnamon and sugar.

Do you off any gluten-free options?

Our one-day pie production process requires us to focus on creating just one type of pie. Our pie crust is wheat-based.

Can I get credit for volunteer service hours through high school, college, or another program?
